You can request any of the services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 900 92 33 33 or through our APP. I+Repair has a 30 day grace period from the contracting of the services for those customers who already have a solar installation. In the case of customers who contract a solar installation, the grace period (30 days) starts on the day the installation is put into service.

Resident customers (with ID number of tax code) who have a photovoltaic installation (of up to 10kwp) and are registered at Iberdrola as self-consumers may sign up for it. To sign up for it, you may call us on 900 92 33 33 or if you prefer so at the closes customer service point. You can also sign up for it using our app or website.

You can cancel the contract at any time, without any type of penalty, signing up for these services does not require any lock-in period for the service.

Because you can enjoy additional cover, not included in the guarantee. The manufacturer's, guarantee normally only covers mechanical breakdowns, whereas with this service, you are protected against unforeseen events such as accidental damage, damage caused by corrosion or rust, software upgrades, etc.

With this service, faults in your photovoltaic installation will no longer be a problem. A qualified technician will come to your home to repair the faults. We cover all repair costs (travel, labour and parts) up to €300 per year and with no limit on the number of interventions.

With this service you have an annual balance of €300 for repairs, so if you need a repair that exceeds the amount you have available at that moment, we will provide you with a free estimate for the difference.

We will solve most of the repairs for your installation, however, there may be faults that are caused by a bad installation, not complying with the current regulations, etc.In these cases, we cover the technician's travel expenses and the first 3 hours of labour.

A technician will contact you to help you within 48 hours and, if necessary, make an appointment to come to your home to carry out the repair.
