You can request any of the services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 900 92 33 33 or through our APP. I+Check has a 30 day grace period from the contracting of the services for those customers who already have a solar installation. In the case of customers who contract a solar installation, the grace period (30 days) starts on the day the installation is put into service.
Resident customers (with ID number of tax code) who have a photovoltaic installation (of up to 10kwp) and are registered at Iberdrola as self-consumers may sign up for it. To sign up for it, you may call us on 900 92 33 33 or if you prefer so at the closes customer service point. You can also sign up for it using our app or website.
You can cancel the contract at any time, without any type of penalty, signing up for these services does not require any lock-in period for the service
A specialist technician will come to your home to check the entire installation. This check will be carried out every 2 years whenever you request it.
A check of the installation will be carried out, which consists of checking the correct operation of the panels, checking the inverter, connection cabinet and the monitoring system, checking and reading the measurement points.
You can request a visit whenever you wish. We will contact you within 2 working days to arrange a visit within the following 15 working days.
The service includes a maintenance visit every 2 years. The visit will be carried out at the customer's request.
