Management

You can request any of these services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 900 92 33 33 or using our APP.

A 30-day grace period applies from the date of contracting services for customers who already have a solar installation. And for those customers who contract a solar installation, the grace period (30 days) begins the day the installation begins to produce.

No, signing up for these services does not entail a lock-in period.

Residential customers (with NIF or CIF) who have a photovoltaic installation (up to 10 kWp).

You can cancel at any time without penalties.

Compensation

Payment will be made within a maximum of 3 months from the resolution of the incident.

You will receive a compensation of €1.5/day for each day your installation is out of service, starting from the day the repair request is notified and generated, until the day it is repaired.

You will receive compensation of €1.50 for each day the facility has been out of production for various reasons. The reasons can be very varied, disconnection of the wiring, problems with the circuit breaker, error in the inverter, etc. Problems arising from weather conditions such as snow accumulation or haze, or other conditions that are not considered causes of facility unavailability, are excluded.

You will receive a compensation of €1.5/day for each day your installation is out of service, starting from the day the repair request is notified and generated, until the day it is repaired. The amount resulting from multiplying €1.50 by the number of days is the total compensation for unavailability. This amount will be included on your invoice as a discount. If the compensation amount is greater than the amount to be invoiced and if your bank account is direct debited, you will receive a credit to your account for the remaining amount. If you do not have direct debit, the outstanding amount will be deducted from subsequent invoices.

Contracting

Because you will be able to enjoy additional coverage not included in the guarantee. The manufacturer's warranty, normally only covers mechanical breakdowns, whereas with this service, you'll be protected against any unforeseen events such as accidental damage, damage caused by corrosion or rust, software updates, etc.
