You can request any of the services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 900 92 33 33 or through our APP. I+Pack has a 30 day grace period from the contracting of the services for those customers who already have a solar installation. In the case of customers who contract a solar installation, the grace period (30 days) starts on the day the installation is put into service.

Residential customers (with Tax Id (NIF or CIF)), who have a photovoltaic installation (up to 10 kWp) can sign up. To sign up, you can call us on 900 92 33 33, or if you prefer, visit the nearest service point. You can also contract from our APP or Website. 

You can cancel the contract at any time, without any type of penalty, signing up for these services does not require any lock-in period for the service

Payment will be made within a maximum of 3 months from the resolution of the incident.

You will receive a compensation of €1.5/day for each day your installation is out of service, starting from the day the repair request is notified and generated, until the day it is repaired.

You will receive compensation of €1.50 for each day that the installation has been out of production for various reasons. The reasons can be very varied, disconnection of the wiring, problems with the circuit breaker, error in the inverter, etc. Problems arising from weather conditions such as accumulation of snow or haze or other problems that are not considered as a cause of unavailability of the installation, are excluded.

Because you can enjoy additional cover, not included in the guarantee. The manufacturer's guarantee normally only covers mechanical breakdowns, whereas with this service, you are protected against unforeseen events such as accidental damage, damage caused by corrosion or rust, software upgrades, etc.

You will receive compensation of €1.5/day for each day that your installation is out of service from the day the repair request is notified and opened until the day it is repaired. The amount resulting from multiplying €1.50 by the number of days is the total compensation due to unavailability, this amount will be reflected in the invoice as a discount. If the amount of compensation is greater than the amount to be billed and if you have a direct debit to your bank account, you will receive a credit to your account for the remaining amount, if you do not have direct debit the outstanding amount will be deducted from future invoices.
