With the I+Repair Mobility service, faults with your home charge point are no longer a problem. A qualified technician will visit your home to repair any electrical or electronic faults with your charge point. We cover all repair costs (travel, labour and: parts) up to €300 per year and without any limits on the work carried out.
If the charge point is not repairable for a justified cause, we will compensate you with €300 ,depending on the age of the contract.
Any residential customer. It is not compulsory to have any energy supply contract with Iberdrola Clientes.
You can sign up by calling us on 900 92 92 93, or if you prefer, by visiting your nearest service point. You can also sign up for it using our app or website.
Repairs to charging points will be made within 48 business hours.
You can request any of these services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 900 92 33 33 or using our APP.
Yes, you can cancel at any time without penalty, the cancellation will be effective the day you notify IBERDROLA through any of the IBERDROLA customer service channels.
Because you will be able to enjoy additional coverage not included in the guarantee. The manufacturer's guarantee normally only covers mechanical faults, whereas with this service, you will be protected against any fault that involves the repair or replacement of the mobile cable due to theft, attempted theft or vandalism.
A grace period of thirty (30) days for the use of the services is established from the effective contract date.
No, signing up for these services does not entail a lock-in period
This service consists of sending a qualified technician to the customer's home to repair internal mechanical, electronic and/or electrical faults relating to a charging point. Also included is the repair or replacement of the mobile recharging cable, due to theft, attempted theft or vandalism.
There will be no annual limit to the number of repairs, but there is an annual cost limit for repairs of €300
