Holiday solutions

With I+Help Mobility, your holiday is no longer a problem. With our "Holidays Solution," we will deliver your electric vehicle to your holiday destination, or lend you a combustion vehicle for 15 days.
A mishap charging your electric vehicle need not ruin your day. In less than an hour, a taxi or vehicle for hire will pick ,you up and take you to your destination, to a value of up to €100 per year.
Any residential customer. It is not compulsory to have any energy supply contract with Iberdrola Clientes.
You can sign up by calling us on 900 92 92 93, or if you prefer, by visiting your nearest service point. You can also sign up for it using our app or website.
You can request any of these services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 900 92 33 33 or using our APP.
Yes, you may cancel the service at any time without any penalty, provided you have not used the Holidays Solution Service. The cancellation will be effective from the date it is notified through any of IBERDROLA's Customer service channels.
A grace period of thirty (30) days for the use of the services is established from the effective contract date.
No, signing up for these services does not entail a lock-in period, unless you have used the holidays solution. In such case, the lock-in period will be 12 months.
The request should be done at least 15 days in advance. This service is limited to Spanish territory (including Melilla, Ceuta and the islands).
You will be able to choose between an electric or combustion vehicle. The vehicle typology is Group "C" (5-passenger family car, 5 doors, maximum 350 litre boot and maximum 4.05 metre length). Vehicle allocation is subject to the availability by the vehicle supplier company at the time of booking.
You can enjoy it for 15 days a year, spread over a maximum of 2 periods.
