Here are some of the most frequently asked questions

Any person between 18 and 75 years of age with an electricity or gas contract with Iberdrola Clientes.

You can sign up by calling us on 91 123 93 12 or, if you prefer, by visiting your nearest service point. You may also sign up for it from our Web.

Contract duration is 1 year, automatically extendable for consecutive 1 year periods. The customer may cancel the Service at any time without penalty.

In case of a claim you must contact the MetLife, on of the main insurers worldwide, by email (siniestros-sp@metlife.es), on the phone number +34 91 725 00 77, from 09:00 am to 07:00 pm except for Fridays in the summer and before a bank holiday, until 5:00 p.m. Metlife will process the claim and, where appropriate, notify Iberdrola of the compensation. You will not have to pay anything for your electricity or gas supply bills until the balance of the compensation has been used up.
