Once you have signed up to the service, it is available on the Iberdrola Clientes App..

If you only manage the electric vehicle through the car, you will only need connectivity both in your mobile phone and in the vehicle itself. For the rest of the cases in which more compatible devices are controlled, the Assistant needs this connection in your home to be able to collect data from your devices and be able to manage them efficiently and automatically.

If you change your home's Wi-Fi password, you will have to reconfigure all the devices associated with the Advanced Smart Assistant (consumption monitor, charging point, smart plug and/or Sensibo climate control).

You can adjust your comfort settings in the Preferences section.

Of course. In the Preferences section you will always have the option to deactivate the automatic management to control the devices on your own.

You can get a rebate on your bill based on the automatic management of the Advanced Smart Assistant for charging your electric vehicle through your Pulsar Plus Wallbox or from your own electric vehicle. The rebate calculation takes into account the fact that the energy used during this automatic management was not being generated by a Smart Solar installation. The rebate will be a 15% on the price of the energy used (promotion: rebate of the 50% on the price until August 31, 2025).

You must have an iOS device with version 15 (or higher) installed or Android with version 7 (or higher) installed.

Yes, you can use the service with as many compatible electric vehicles as you wish. All you have to do is register them in the service itself.

No. The Advanced Smart Assistant is linked to your energy contract.

There are a few reasons why your vehicle might charge right after you plug it in:

  • The Advanced Smart Assistant has started its charging plan, so everything is under control.
  • Some programming is causing the car to charge, such as programme in the vehicle itself or charging programmes at the charging point. You must switch them off to ensure charging is managed by the Advanced Smart Assistant.
  • The Advanced Smart Assistant checks your vehicle at regular intervals to monitor its charge status. If the car is plugged in just after one of these checks, it could mean a delay of up to 7 minutes before we stop the charging.

Our charging plan will not affect your battery any more than regular charging. Electric vehicle batteries are designed to withstand this charging pattern and should also be covered by your vehicle's warranty.

To do this, you can use the ‘Start immediate manual charging’ button available in both the ‘Your Vehicle’ and ‘Devices’ sections.

Please check that you have correctly registered all your devices. To do this, go to the Devices section, check that they are on the list shown and that they are working correctly.

The savings data will appear after a period of thirty days after the user completes the registration of the devices.

This message can appear for different reasons. The most common are as follows:

  • Need to accept the terms and conditions of your electric vehicle's manufacturer in order to be able to communicate with the vehicle.
  • Need to re-register your vehicle in order to be able to communicate the Advanced Smart Assistant with it.
  • Need to re-register your vehicle due to a change of credentials in your vehicle account.

But don't worry, the Advanced Smart Assistant will tell you the reason for the connection error on the screen itself.

This is because your consumer monitor does not currently have Wi-Fi connectivity. Please check your home's connectivity. If there is connectivity, you will have to reconfigure your consumption monitor.

If the problem persists, go into your router's settings and check that the Wi-Fi network to which the monitor is connected is operating at a frequency of 2.4 Ghz. If not, configure it.

If the previous step has been checked, and you still have connectivity problems, please make sure that the consumption monitor is emitting a blue light and flashing. If not, please contact us.
