Who can sign up for the service?

Any self-employed person, small or medium-sized company that has an active energy contract with Iberdrola Clientes.

How can I sign up for the service?

You can sign up for the service by calling us on 900 225 235 or, if you prefer, by visiting your nearest service point.

What is the term of the contract?

The term of the contract will be one (1) year, automatically renewable for consecutive annual periods unless the customer communicates otherwise fifteen (15) days prior to the end of each period.

How do I request a breakdown repair? How long do they take to deal with it?

Can I cancel free of charge at any time?

You can cancel at any time without penalties.
