Get your energy certificate(*). Iberdrola assesses the energy efficiency of any building, rating its energy performance on a scale from A (highest energy efficiency) to G (most unfavourable result).
This certificate has been mandatory for all purchase or rental contracts since 1 June 2013.
How can I get an energy certificate?
We tell it to you in four simple steps:
1. Preliminary estimate
Get in touch with us and we will facilitate to you a preliminary budget or any information about the service without any commitment.
2. Technical visit to the building
We will visit you to get all the information necessary to assess the building. The duration of the visit is from 1 to 3 hours, depending on the surface area of the building to be certified and any tests required.
3. Preparation of the energy certificate
We prepare the energy certificate with a rating of the energy efficiency of the building, and including any necessary measures or recommendations for improvement. We also register the certificate with the corresponding regional government to obtain the “energy label” showing the rating obtained.
4. Energy certificate delivery
We will deliver the energy certificate to the building's owner together with the energy efficiency label.
(*) The term varies from 1 to 3 weeks from the technician's visit depending on the building type.
