Access the App and redeem balance on your bills
Log onto Mi Iberdrola
Log into Mi Iberdrola account and click on the "Redeem available credit" button.
Choose your contract
Go to your contracts and select which one you want to apply the discount to and how much you are going to redeem.
Redeem it
Click on the "Redeem" button and it will be automatically deducted from your next bills.

The credit on your contract will become available every 3 months. From then on, you can enjoy it whenever you want.
In the Iberdrola Public Charging app, you can consult the advantageous points where you can charge your vehicle and generate credit in My Iberdrola.
You will receive your balance in Mi Iberdrola within a few days of charging at an advantageous Iberdrola point.
If, after you have requested your credit, you have received a bill on which it is not applied, this means that your bill had been previously closed. But don't worry! You will be able to enjoy your discount on your next bill.
You can use your available credit as and when you want. All you have to do is choose which contract you want to apply it to and you will see it applied to your next corresponding bill.
You will see an item named "Mi Iberdrola Discount" on the bill where it has been applied.
Yes, each credit top-up you receive will be valid for 12 months. But don't worry: we'll let you know as the expiry date approaches, giving you plenty of time so you don't lose your credit, or the chance to enjoy it.
You will be able to keep your available credit as long as you have an active electricity or gas contract. If you have only one product contracted, if you cancel this, you will lose all your credit and you will not be able to use it as you will not have any contract with Iberdrola to use it on.
