Yes, it is not necessary to reach any agreement with the residents' association as the service is contracted on a private basis.

One of the requirements that must be met in order to belong to shared self-consumption is that the maximum distance between the photovoltaic plant and each of the participants is 2km.

No, the neighbour who is connected to the Solar Community can cancel at any time at no cost. However, they will not be able to contract the solar service again until 12 months after the cancellation of the service.

All participants in the Solar Community, including the roof owner, must be under the same self-consumption modality: self-consumption with simplified surplus offsetting.
