About your bills
We defer the payment of your bills
You can request the deferrment of your bills until 31/12/2025. You will pay the bills issued in this period after 01/01/2026 in installments during 6 months in the case of electricity bills and in 12 months in the case of gas bills.
About your supply
We guarantee the supply
In the towns affected by the DANA, the supply of electricity and/or natural gas to usual places of residence will not be cut off, except for safety reasons.
We simplify the changes you need to apply on your contracts
You can change your Electricity or Gas contract until 31/12/2025 free of charge. This measure includes the possibility of changing to any Iberdrola Personalised Plan, or modifying your power, without exceeding the original power, to better adapt to your new consumption needs.
About your contract
We facilitate the temporary suspension of your contracts if you need it
You can request the temporary suspension of your Electricity or Gas contracts until 31/12/2025. This suspension has no cost for your, neither when you request it nor when you are connected again, in accordance with the RDL.
We extend the withdrawal period
You can exercise your right to withdraw until 31/01/2025 for contracts signed from 29/10/2024.
