- Installations where access or permission is dependent on a third party (e.g. Owners' Association) and is not agreed.
- The arrangement or installation of the false ceiling if it is not removable for pre-installation of air-conditioning.
- Duct installations without pre-installation (no grilles, wiring, removable false ceiling in home).
